The innovative NueBar lettering system allows for easy identification of the solid shampoo, conditioner, face wash and body bars. S for Shampoo, C for conditioner, F for Facewash, W for Wash, M for Moisturise and E for Exfoliate.

Shipping Policy

All NueBar deliveries are packed plastic free and delivered around Australia and the world via Sendle, Australia's only 100% carbon neutral couriers. Australiasia Australia How much is shipping? Orders over $60 delivered free. (Remote area orders may incur a $13 fee). Orders under $60, $6 flat charge, (plus possible $13 remote area fee). How long does shipping take? Processing orders can take between within 3-5 working days. Once processed your order will be ready to ship this can take 1-4 working days.* At the moment, Australia Post does not guarantee their postage times, especially for order to Victoria and Melbourne.

Return Policy

Don’t like it? Return it within 14 days for a full refund (excluding shipping) and let us know the reason you are unhappy. We love to get feedback on how our products can be improved. It is OK if the product is slightly used, however returning a significantly used product is not within the spirit of our offer. Our returns policy doesn’t apply in cases of incorrect bar choice (please choose carefully).
