We design each animal carefully with the context of your backyard, acres of land or balcony in mind. For you to install in a special place where you can enjoy the artwork and allow it to rust and blend in with its surroundings and become a part of you and your home.
We are proudly Australian owned and our animals are made locally and designed to bring happiness to everyday life. Made from 3mm Corten steel, designed to rust – simply hammer into any timber tree or post and enjoy our Australian animal art.
Shipping PolicyAll of our animals are handpacked here in Melbourne, into a beautiful flat box. Orders usually take 1-2 business days to process and then are sent with Australia Post to your home. Sent by regular post, it typically takes 2-3 business days to most areas in Australia, but for more specific guidelines please visit the Australia Post website.
While we strive for quality each and every time, sometimes things do happen! If you have received a damaged bird we will refund or exchange. Our policy is a 30 day return for refund or exchange. Unfortunately after 30 days we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items (including The Odd Flock) cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
