Shipping PolicyinSync design ships all purchases via Registered Australia Post, which allows all packages to be traceable.
Once your purchase has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to advise you of the delivery.
All items will need to be signed for upon delivery to verify that you have received the parcel.
In the very rare event that your purchase is lost in transit, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will investigate its whereabouts and will immediately commence an investigation with Australia Post and if the parcel is unable to be found, we will replace it.

FREE SHIPPING - domestic orders
EXPRESS via Australia Post: AUD$15
Registered International Post: AUD$20
Please note International customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes.
All parcels can be tracked and remain the responsibility of inSync design until transferred to the buyer upon delivery.
Shipping is a flat rate per order irrespective of the number of items ordered and is based on your location (Australia or International).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We strive to have all orders dispatched within 24-48 hours.
Parcels shipped via Express Post are guaranteed next day delivery within the Australia’s Express Post network. All remaining areas will have a delivery time between 2 and 7 business days depending on the location.
Parcels being shipped to an international address will be delivered approx. within 10 business days, depending on the location.
Return PolicyWe accept returns on your unworn purchases within 7 days of receipted delivery for any reason.
For returns please email us and re-supply credit card details at the time of exchange to cover any discrepancy in the value of the exchanged items and to pay for the return shipping costs. Your original order number should be referenced with any exchange.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning goods to inSync design and the handling costs incurred in the delivery of the new item (unless due to faults in workmanship). Any loss or damage to returned goods during transit back to inSync design, is the responsibility of the buyer. To ensure that returned items arrive safely, please use a registered postal service.

All pieces purchased on the website can be exchanged for another item and must be returned within 7 days. They must be in the original, saleable condition, with original packaging intact accompanied by the original receipt.
You are responsible for any shipping and any additional postage charges.
In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, inSync design will not be held liable. We therefore, recommend that you pack the item so that it is adequately protected whilst in transit and that it is sent registered and insured mail (for the full amount).
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If the item is in its original condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We are happy to repair all items made by inSync design. Please feel free to post your jewellery back to us via registered and insured mail. If you choose to send your piece back to us, please include your details and include any information about what repairs are required.
