We are Soy & Seed, creators of eco-friendly candles that keep on giving! After the last burn, new growth is created by planting the complimentary seeded card in your candle jar - sprouting beautiful native Australian flowers.
The brand operates through an eco-conscious model; ensuring the candles are created with pure soy wax and premium fragrance, and all manufacturing processes take place here in Australia . Each candle is accompanied by a seeded card to plant in the jar after the last burn, with any additional packaging mindful of minimal environmental impact.

Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday - Friday).

Return PolicyDamages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds: If your product has been damaged during transit or you have notified us of an issue, we will let you know once we’ve received your request, and advise whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items : We do not accept returns due to 'change of mind'. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
