Shipping Policy

We offer a standard shipping charge of $10 to all orders, deliveries are sent via Australia Post and depending on the location should arrive within 1 - 4 days.

Return Policy

At Runway Room we have poured our heart and soul into our products and want you to love them as much as we do. If your ordered products arrive at your door in an unsatisfactory condition or have been mis-packed by Runway Room then return to us within 14 days of arrival for en exchange or refund.
