So, for example, if you’re selling something like baby essentials, you could target new parents. “Facebook Boost is such a powerful feature, a lot of people don’t really understand that it can be as simple as that,” she says. “Don’t overcomplicate it. Facebook Boost pushes your page up on the content queue, so more people will see it.” Katija believes that having an imaginative social media presence is all important when telling the story of your brand. “You should use your social media channels like Facebook and Instagram to communicate the history of your business, your unique selling points and to really start to build awareness around your products,” she says. “It’s also a focus on who you are and why you’re inspired to do what you do,” she explains.
