Shipping Policy **Due to COVID19 current order fulfilment timeframes could be up to 3-5 business days. Australia Post are experiencing some delays with standard postage. Please check the Australia Post website for the most up to date information. We expect it could be approx 6-10 business days.
International postage has long delays of around 40 business days and could experience further delays depending on flights available and customs clearance capabilities**
Generally it takes 1-3 business days to hand make your wraps in our Little Bumble Hive Quarters. We ship orders two times a week but make exceptions (where possible) for express orders.
To ensure we can track your goods from our Hive Quarters to your door step we now offer TRACKABLE postage on ALL orders. Post is trackable through Australia Post and postage is FREE with orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5 applies but your order will still be trackable.
Express postage and parcels are also sent through Australia Post.
International postage is $25. Little Bumble are not responsible for any delays incurred due to international customs issues nor any additional fees or taxes your country may require.

Return PolicyReturns and Exchanges
As all of Little Bumble’s products are designed to be used on food items or a like we cannot offer refunds, returns or exchanges as a result of change-of-mind. We only refund or replace defective or damaged products.
In conjunction with the above, should your products be deceive or faulty and should you wish to apply for Little Bumble Store credit, Little Bumble must receive the product sealed unused, in the original packaging and returned in the same condition as leaving Little Bumble Hive-quarters.
To organise a refund or replacement of faulty goods please supply proof of purchase and a deion within 14 days of purchase and/or photo (at our request) of the fault. In some cases we may need faulty goods to be returned to us for further inspection to determine whether it was a manufacturing/design fault or purchaser negligence. Once a determination has been made and if identified that it was a manufacturing or design fault, Little Bumble will either replace or refund the faulty item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items that have a fault or the product is defective may be refunded, unfortunately sale items (i.e. discount basket items) cannot be refunded.
Broken or damaged goods
All Little Bumble goods are packed with the utmost care because they are a labour of love for the bees and for all our worker bees in the Hive Quarters! Sadly on rare occasions goods can be damaged in transit so if this happens please advise us within 72 hours of receiving the goods. Provide photos of the damaged goods and the packaging and email these to email@example.com We will contact you within 3 business days and offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
It is recommended that you send it via Registered Post and add insurance to the delivery as you assume the risk of lost, theft or damage during transit. Little Bumble is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during transit if you choose not to insure. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
